This notice covers makelink.com, novytel.com and their business and infrastructure enquiries. MAKELINK OÜ is responsible for the personal data processed through both websites. Visiting the websites

Neither website has analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or cookies. Each serves its fonts and images locally.

The hosting server records technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, response status and browser information. We use these logs to operate the website, investigate faults and protect it against abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable and secure service.

Routine website logs are rotated daily with approximately five weeks of retained logs. Relevant records may be kept longer when needed to investigate an incident or meet a legal obligation.

Sending an enquiry

Email links open your email application. If you write to us, we receive your address, message and any contact details or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond and discuss the proposed business relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

We handle business correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps towards a contract at your request. Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry or related business relationship; contractual, accounting or dispute records may need longer retention under applicable obligations.

Who handles the information

Access is limited to people handling the relevant enquiry or operating our systems, and service providers supporting hosting and communications. Both websites are hosted on the same Amazon Web Services server in Sweden. Email also passes through the email services used by you and by us. We may disclose information where required by law.

Following a link to another website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. We do not use website data for automated decisions or advertising profiles.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to contact@makelink.com.

You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local data protection authority.
